The raw material of the Zirconium refractory is high grade zircon sand and white aluminum oxide sand. It has high compressive strength, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, mainly used in glass smelting furnaces.

a. Zirconium Stone Brick

Zircon brick has good compactness, high temperature creeping and slag resistance. It is used as sealant of the bath bottom of the glass Furnace and also be used in the transitional area of electro cast AZS brick.

b.Sintered Chrome-Corundum Brick

It has a choiceness high temperature performance, slag resistance and thermal stability, it always be used in the top of the grid which in glass furnace’s regenerator.

c. Electro Cast Zircon- Corundum Brick

High strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in the pivot part of the glass furnace. Based on the different ways of the cast, it could be divided into high-density cast, tilt cast; void-free cast and regular cast electro cast Zircon- Corundum brick.
